Refund policy
We have a 24-hour claim policy, which means you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order if there is any issue with your item.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must have arrived thawed, damaged, or incorrect. We require clear photo evidence of the product and packaging to assess the issue. Due to the perishable nature of our products, claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement order, depending on the situation and product availability. No items should be sent back without prior approval from our team.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the nature of our products, certain situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements, including:
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
- Improper storage after delivery
- Issues caused by missed delivery attempts or incorrect address details provided by the customer
We do not accept returns on perishable goods unless they arrive in a compromised condition as described above.
Exchanges
For fastest resolution, we typically offer a replacement instead of an exchange process. If approved, we will resend the affected item as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
