We are committed to delivering premium halal meats in the freshest condition possible. All orders are carefully handled, packed, and shipped using a controlled cold-chain system to maintain quality and food safety from our facility to your doorstep.
Shipping Area
At this time, we only ship within Ontario, Canada. This allows us to ensure faster delivery times and maintain strict temperature control throughout the entire shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been prepared, it will be packed, frozen, and scheduled for dispatch.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Ontario. Remote or rural areas may require additional time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Cold-Chain Shipping
To ensure product integrity, all items are vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs. This helps maintain safe temperatures during transit and ensures your order arrives in optimal condition.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on eligible orders that meet our minimum order threshold. The applicable minimum amount will be displayed at checkout or on promotional banners when available.
Delivery Issues
If there are any delays, missing items, or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
